1 Consent to Receive Calls & Text Messages (TCPA)

- Partial identification: Last 4 digits of Social Security Number (optional — used only to assist lenders with a soft credit inquiry)
- Residence information: Residence type (rent/own/other), time at current address
- Language preference: English or Spanish
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type for security and fraud prevention

How Long We Keep Your Information

3 Information Sharing with Lenders & Partners
We may share your personal and financial information with third parties only for the purposes described in this document. These parties may include:
- Financing lenders and banks: To evaluate your application and determine loan eligibility. These lenders may perform a soft credit inquiry using the information you provide.
- Affiliated dealerships: Other dealerships in our network who may be able to assist you with vehicle financing.

4 Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Disclosure
By submitting your application, you acknowledge and authorize the following:
- Affordable Motors Deals LLC and/or our lending partners may obtain a consumer credit report about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies (such as Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion).
- The initial inquiry we or our lending partners conduct is a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score and does not appear as a hard inquiry on your credit report.
- If you proceed to a formal loan application with a specific lender, that lender may perform a hard credit inquiry, which may temporarily affect your credit score. You will be informed before any hard pull occurs.
- You have the right to request a free copy of your credit report from AnnualCreditReport.com and to dispute any inaccurate information with the credit bureaus.
- Under the FCRA, you also have the right to know if information in your credit file has been used against you, and the right to seek damages from violators.
5 Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)
By providing your email address on our application form, you consent to receive email communications from Affordable Motors Deals LLC, including:
- Application confirmation and status updates
- Follow-up messages regarding your financing options
- Vehicle availability updates
- Promotional offers (infrequent)

6 Terms of Use — No Obligation to Purchase
- No Obligation: Submitting this application does not obligate you to purchase any vehicle, accept any loan, or enter into any agreement with Affordable Motors Deals LLC or any lender.
- No Guarantee of Approval: Submitting this form does not guarantee financing approval. Approval is subject to lender criteria, verification of the information you provide, and applicable lending regulations.
- Accuracy of Information: You represent that all information you provide on this form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information may disqualify your application.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to submit this application.
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Changes to This Policy: We may update this disclosure at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7 How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time using any of the following methods:
